Trauma Release is an advanced and optional module of the Myofascial Energetic Release professional training. This module introduces an integrative approach to trauma release, focusing on breath, movement, and touch. Participants learn techniques to charge and regulate energy, address underlying trauma, and align harmonically with clients.
Through supervised practice sessions and exploration of Reichian character structures, practitioners deepen their understanding of trauma's physical and emotional manifestations. Emphasizing the restoration of safety and trust, this module empowers practitioners to guide clients towards embodied emotional awareness and healing.
Between the mountains of Lure and the Luberon, 1h30 from Avignon or Aix, in the heart of Provence, 400-year-old medicine, fruit and chestnut trees, a three-hundred-year-old sheepfold, make this 20-hectare estate an ideal place for healing.
