Event Summary

Fluid Body is a module that is a part of the Myofascial Energetic Release professional training. This module introduces a systematic approach to mobilizing major joints through "Joint Release," a fluid movement technique promoting body-mind integration. 

Participants learn to combine Myofascial Unwinding with breath-work and emotional release, facilitating somatic emotional release. By enhancing the body's fluid communication and allowing touch to arise naturally, practitioners create a deeply relaxed state, promoting structural alignment and holistic harmony. This training emphasizes the importance of joint mobility in facilitating energy flow and restoring the body's natural potential.

Our venue in Kikow, Poland is located 2 hours’ drive from Krakow in the heart of the beautiful Polish countryside, with stunning sunset views from our group room at all times of the year. Accommodation is shared between 2-5 persons per room, each with their own bathroom; a dorm option with shared bathrooms is also available. We enjoy 3 healthy home-made vegetarian meals per day, plenty of fruits, cakes and tea/coffee all day.
