Event Summary

Trauma Release is a module of the Myofascial Energetic Release professional training. This module introduces an integrative approach to trauma release, focusing on breath, movement, and touch. Participants learn techniques to charge and regulate energy, address underlying trauma, and align harmonically with clients. 

Through supervised practice sessions and exploration of Reichian character structures, practitioners deepen their understanding of trauma's physical and emotional manifestations. Emphasizing the restoration of safety and trust, this module empowers practitioners to guide clients towards embodied emotional awareness and healing.

Our venue in Kikow, Poland is located 2 hours’ drive from Krakow in the heart of the beautiful Polish countryside, with stunning sunset views from our group room at all times of the year. Accommodation is shared between 2-5 persons per room, each with their own bathroom; a dorm option with shared bathrooms is also available. We enjoy 3 healthy home-made vegetarian meals per day, plenty of fruits, cakes and tea/coffee all day.
