MER Introductory Workshop (2 days)

This event is an introductory MER workshop led by a certified MER practitioner. It offers you the opportunity to discover the MER technique as taught by Satyarthi Peloquin.
However, this workshop is not part of the MER professional training program and is not led by Satyarthi Peloquin.

Program of this 2-day introductory MER workshop

Over the course of 2 days, we will dive into the foundational principles of the Myofascial Energetic Release approach, with a lot of practice time and also some important theoretical sharing.

MER can help regain spaciousness and interconnectedness with all our body, mind, and emotional parts. Without expressing ourselves freely — through an embodied movement practice, while held in a safer relational container — these spaces shrink again under the weight of our habitual holding patterns.

Every morning we will start with an active meditation combining shaking, unwinding, dancing, and sitting. After a short demo, you will pair up to both give and receive MER on the back, shoulder, and neck areas.

A PDF will be shared a few weeks before the training, with basic knowledge on fascia and some important information about MER.
