After a successful career as a DJ and music producer (DJ Alexes), Alexander did his first training in Ayurveda Yoga Massage in Goa 2013. The surprising results of the Ayurveda Yoga Massage motivated him to continue training to become a wellness therapist in 2014 with a focus on massage. This was followed by a Rebalancing massage (Deep Bodywork) training in 2016 and a Myofascial Energetic Release training in 2019-2021. Now Alexander is living and working in Trancoso and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
