I started my journey since 1995 by learning to work with the wisdom of healing energy, meditation and breath work. I took the time to really embody it first by myself before I could share it. In 2016 I started with women’s body work and trauma release through touch. With the beautiful work of Satyarthi and Roland I now combine MER with all what I have learned so far. I am grateful and humbled that I can contribute to help others on their path of grow.
