Life has led me instinctively and very naturally to work and experiment with the potential of the body, always discovering the amazing dimensions and possibilities it constantly holds and develops. I played baseball from early childhood, later becoming a professional and participating in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. I was initially able to develop the body and its capabilities through sports. With time, I was able to refine the potential physical control and expression at my disposal. The discovery of theater enriched my research and led me to train at the École Philippe Gaulier. The experience of working on stage introduced me to the emotional and communicative space of the body in a deeper, dedicated and delicate way. I completed the training and am now in supervision in “Osho Pulsation Neo-Reichian Breath/Body Work.” I have participated in the “Primal” process on the imprints we receive in childhood with Irene Sgarbi and now have the opportunity to assist. I have worked in the field of caring for people with dementia and psychiatric conditions and have been leading trainings for health care personnel on presence and grounding in the body for several years.

With the training in Myofascial Energetic Release, I have discovered a comprehensive tool that allows deep work on connecting with oneself and one’s potential. What I love most about a Myofascial Energetic Release session is that, as a recipient, you are directly involved in recognizing and releasing physical and emotional tensions, in finding your own feeling, not only for the purpose of releasing physical and emotional pains but also for working profoundly on personal growth.

Sessions can be conducted in Italian, English or French.
