My need to be touched led me through massage and body-oriented therapy. I felt for the first time how opening it was to give expression to my feelings, when I started Postural Integration Therapy, and after that Myofascial Energetic Release. That changed my body and mind, I became more powerful, free, more relaxed. I take this experience with me in my work, that there are other options that can free you from contraction and fear. I am fascinated by the body, and the power of touching and being touched, the possibilities for opening, movement recovery and healing. My passion is to bring movement where there is cramp, stagnation and cold. To get more alive in your body!
