I started my journey of bodywork and body awareness with different styles of yoga as a practitioner and instructor. In 2019 I discovered the power and magic of the sensitive and attentive touch and since then I practice intuitive massage/fascia work based on MER Myofascial Energetic Release. I do also a lomi lomi nui massage. I consider our body as a one of integral part of our multidimensional being and also a door to integrate ourselves with mind and spirit.
