Regina Maajärv

My first exposure to massage and my ongoing relationship with bodywork therapies began in 2017 when I attended a Lomi Lomi Nui training. This experience touched a part of me that had been dormant for many years – I felt my body come alive. I continued to work with my body and bringing it to life, and this path led me to the MER and BBTRS trainings. Today I work full time as a MER bodywork practitioner, combining connective tissue release techniques, breathing with the wisdom of Peter Levin, Gabor Mate and Brandon Bays to work with trauma in my sessions.
