Anna-Riikka Santapukki

MER Practitioner in Training

Originally from Finland and now based in Val d’Orcia, Tuscany, I’m a bodyworker, breathworker, musician and mother.

My path with Myofascial Energetic Release began in 2025. From the very beginning, its precise yet intuitive quality of touch felt so familiar and natural to me, almost like playing a musical instrument—listening, responding, finding the next movement. Helping people feel more at ease and at home in and with themselves is a calling, and MER has given me a beautiful way to express that. I’ve been deeply moved by the physical and emotional transformation I’ve witnessed in sessions.

I approach every session as a shared exploration, with room for creativity as we discover together what your body needs, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
