As a Massage therapist since 2011, I discovered MER bodywork in the beginning of 2024. MER touched me like no other therapy did before, because of the deep connection and effectiveness of this amazing work.
MER helped me during all the courses, receiving and working with clients to get a deeper understanding of what this is all about. Creating a safe environment where not only pain releases but where so much more is happening (clearer consciousness, better body awareness, insights and more). Eventually this physical touch is an energetic connection that is able to release and transform. We are ONE !
I personally combine MER with breathwork, yoga and meditation.
