Starting with Yoga (300 h TT with Peter Clifford in Thailand) and Meditation in 2010, I found my way continuously to Deep Bodywork. Trained in Thai Yoga Massage/ Nuad (Sunshinehouse Greece), Ayurbalance (India), Kashmiri Tantra Massage (India), some Shiatsu, Breathwork, Traumawork, Plant Medicine Facilitating (Joop van der Hagen) and Myofascial Energetic Release, I am able to provide a safe space for supporting your relaxation, healing and enjoyment of body, mind and spirit.
