I’ve been a bodyworker since 2005 and the last years getting into the fascia work really connects all to a deeper understanding and to deeper layers physically emotionally and spiritually. 

I have been inspired by bodies and how we carry ourselves since young and started investigating, after living a wild young life, with schooling myself. Starting with different massage and yoga educations and finding depth in Free Dance movement and deep inner work movement. My natural reaction going into deeper bodywork like deArmouring and Breathwork onto MER wich really made the bridge for me to work from body to deep inner work but staying present in the body. All the layers that can be touched and healed while getting a really nice body stretch/touch like nothing else. So I am happy to bring this work into the world.
