Sarah Kate Gardiner (UK) is an Amsterdam based MER practitioner, massage therapist and dance artist with 30+ years working with the body. 8 years in a busy massage house provided her training and experience in: Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Detox, Prenatal, Feet-Hands-Face and Swedish Massage. Here she fine-tuned her craft, treating 1000’s of people from all walks of life, from professional body builder to burnt out office worker. Touch is central to both her holistic and creative practice. Since many years she invents community workshops & performances around the themes of touch, play and connection and guided dancers in research on fascia and its effects on real-time performance. In 2022 she opened her own practice for Holistic Massage & Bodywork: The Way Of Touch.

All roads have led her to the courageous work of Myofascial Energetic Release, having graduated as a MER practitioner under the wise guidance of Roland Engelbracht. “I love the subtle poetry and life affirming boldness of MER to empower folk.
