Tatiana is a PhD in social sciences, naturopath, and MER (Myofascial Energetic Release) therapist.
Her work bridges scientific knowledge with intuition and heart-based awareness, creating a space for deep connection with the body.
She supports people who wish to reconnect with themselves, release tension held in the body, and meet their emotions in a safe and nurturing environment.
Tatiana is certified in a variety of bodywork and healing modalities, including: Myofascial Energetic Release (MER), Visceral & myofascial abdominal therapy, Butterfly Touch (Gentle Bio-Energetics by Dr. Eva Reich), Hot bamboo massage, Inner Child work and Regression techniques.
Her approach is holistic, integrating touch, breath, awareness, and mindful movement to support nervous system regulation and the release of stored emotional patterns. She works with sensitivity, presence, and deep respect for each individual’s boundaries.
Her mission is to guide others back to themselves — through the body, with gentleness, grounding, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom.
