I am a certified MER practitioner and a student of Biodynamic Touch of Presence®. Specializing in deep bodywork and emotional release, I help individuals free themselves from chronic physical pain and psychosomatic tension.

I bridge two seemingly distant worlds. My experience in high-intensity business environments (as the co-founder of the AI startup Stenograf) has given me a deep, personal understanding of the mechanics of stress, sensory overload, and burnout. This allows me to uniquely meet the needs of those seeking a profound reset and balance—whether in Warsaw or in Zakopane, at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. I am also the creator of the "Healing Is Within You" (Uzdrowienie Jest w Tobie) project.

As a ski instructor, intuitive dancer, and local activist dedicated to forest cleanup initiatives and facilitating Men's Circles, I constantly practice conscious slowing down, grounding, and returning to nature in my own life. In my practice, I maintain deep mindfulness and neutrality, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for others. I help restore natural energetic balance and teach people to listen to their own bodies and inner voices, deeply believing that the capacity for self-regulation and healing naturally resides within every one of us.
