Since more than 15 years I work as a Bodyworker and touching has become to my calling. I love entering into a non-verbal dialogue with people by their bodies.
Out of my experience different methods and traditions have developed into an own style. My “teachers” in this sense include Ayurvedic yoga massage, classical massage, reflexology and Shiatsu.
But most of all I allow myself to be guided by the intuition of my hands. My sessions are individually tailored to each persons needs. They are holistic, meaning they work besides a physical, also on an energetic and emotional level.
At the moment I do the MER training, - Myofascial Energetic Release, which is a profund bodywork to release physical and emotional tention out of the facia.
With MER, I found a profound tool to deepen my work and focus more on energetic and emotional layers in the body. To work more on specific areas of pain, tentions and holding patterns feels like an unpredictable miracle of healing.
I hold safe space in a fine, sensitive balance of setting impulses with well know techniques and to allow the body to unfold its inhetent healing wisdom. It gives me a lot of gratidute to support people on their way to more alivness and wellbeeing in their body.
